This IQ Event is a Qualifying Event and is open to all Elementary & Middle School VEX-IQ teams who have registered during the 2022-23 year.
Please remember that no outside food or drink is allowed at the event. Teams will be able to place orders for pizza as well as purchase food and drink from the concessions.
The top 8 teams from the qualifying matches will compete in the finals.
Volunteer sign up forms will be released by November at the latest.

No experience is required for most of our volunteer positions.
However volenteers should have an interest and ethusiam for robotics.
Volenteers have a flexable schedule. You can volenteer for the morning shift, the afternoon shift, or all day!

A hospitality room, located in our lounge, will provide a free breakfest, lunch as well as snacks and drinks for all working volunteers.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If this event is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be rescheduled for January 28th.
Coaches will receive an e-mail through RobotEvents.
Teams must cancel at least 1 week before the event to be refunded (December 31st, 11:59 PM EST). No refunds will be given after that.
If a team pays entry fee to Robotevents we must receive the funds from Robotevents minus 10% to be refunded. In some cases it can take 3-6 months to receive refunds.
Teams that cannot attend a rescheduled event, due to bad weather can be refunded upon request. Please allow 6 weeks.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
