General Info

We are excited about the opportunity to host a VEX IQ State Qualifying Event in the Logansport area. We will run multiple playing fields in our school gym with team pits being located there as well. 

We will provide a concession stand at this event.

All payments must be received by Friday, December 30th. If your payment is not received by this date, your team will be removed and the space will be offered to a team on the waiting list.

Please make sure all Participation and Consent Forms are submitted through Robot Events.

All payments must be received in advance. Payments will not be accepted at the door.

We are looking for volunteers to assist at our event. Teams who provide a qualified volunteer for the entire day will receive a free team entry (up to 4 per school). There is greatest need for volunteer scorekeepers. Please contact me via email if you can provide volunteers (

Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 1 month following the event.
