Thank you for registering. 

• This event will be held in the cafeteria at North Jefferson Middle School. This is a costume friendly event as long as the costumes are school appropriate. 
• Please use the third entrance to the school to get to the parking lot. Our school day ends at 3:00 so we have students leaving during that time. Our buses leave from the front between 3 & 3:30. Because of that, we need you to use the third entrance to the school to get to the parking lot and then have your kids walk to the entrance. If you are coming from Hwy 31 and turn on Stouts road and then on to Warrior-Kimberly Road. If you come from Warrior Kimberly Road going South, it will be the first entrance across from the Doss Ferry Subdivision entrance. See the picture below for which entrance to use.
• The doors will open at 3:30 and all teams must be checked in by 4:00pm. Qualification matches are planned to start at 4:30. The event is scheduled to end at 7:00.
• We will not have judged awards at this event
• We will be running 2 Skills boards with 3 driver and 3 programming attempts available
• We will be running 2 competition fields
• We do not have a practice field available and limted space for one to be set up
• Concessions will be available. Information will be sent closer to the tournament with a list of concessions available. No food or drink is allowed in the staging area or the competition space. 
• All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish)  Once per season covers all events.
