General Info

Dust off the cobwebs. It's time for Slapshot! Sayre Middle School is excited to host one of the first VEX IQ competitions in the state on October 29th. Join us for a Spooktacular day! Wear your costume, and decorate your pit. We will have prizes for the best of both!

Doors open at 9:00 am.

We will notify teams in the event of inclement weather.

Refund Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
