General Info

Thank you for considering joining us for our event.  We are very excited to have students able to participate.

We do warn all teams that due to covid health restrictions, our event could change in format or even be cancelled.
If there are any changes that end up impacting your team to the point where you cannot or are not willing to participate, we will refund your entry fee minus any fees we are obligated to pay RECF.
MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT THIS EVENT at this time.
For those that register, we will be in touch with more information prior to November 2nd including possible restrictions on spectators.

*For most teams this is likely your first event. Teams are urged to upload the Participant Release Form for each student.  The form can be found here in the Documents link to the left. Event Partners (us) must check that these forms are uploaded.  THis is part of the inspection/check-in process

**Teams are reminded that their robot will be inspected at check-in. Please see the inspection form at the Documents link to the left.

As according to rules, a team is allowed 3 attempts for driver and 3 attempts for autonomous.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If we have bad weather or a Covid policy from our school system, Baltimore County Public Schools, that causes the event to be cancelled, we will refund teams minus the amount we are obligated to pay RECF.

Also, if a policy for Covid changes to the point your team's families are uncomfortable with the students attending or there is a sudden Covid issue affecting your team where they cannot participate, again we will refund the team minus the amount we must pay RECF.
