General Info

Welcome to the 2021 Region 5 VIQC Late Season Open, held at the Region 5 STEM Center | Lake Charles Boston Academy. 

We will have a full VEX tournament featuring 2 competition fields, a skills and practice field.

There are currently 32 slots for this tournament, and a maximum of 4 teams per organization are allowed.

Teams need to arrive by 8:00 am so that they can be inspected before the 8:45am deadline

Teams that have not checked in will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run. Teams that are running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.

A lunch break will be held from 11:00 -12 pm and consessionswill be available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If weather causes travel delays or prevents teams from competing, a partial refund may be available.  Contact daren.dotson@cpsb.org before the beginning of the event. Please make sure your team contact information is up to date in your RobotEvents.com account in case we need to contact your team prior to the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Teams that choose to cancel up to 7 days prior to first event will recieve a full refund. After this, there will be no refunds.
