General Info
Remote skills-only event organized by the NASA IV&V Education Resource Center, Fairmont State University, and WV Robotics Alliance.
Each team will be allocated a 20-minute block to complete inspection and their 6 skills runs, and will also schedule a time to be interviewed by judges. Blocks will be scheduled after registration closes.
Teams are strongly encouraged to complete inspection on Friday evening to save time.
Meetings will be held via Zoom, and the join link will be sent to registered teams via email.
75% of this event's spots are reserved for teams from West Virginia. If your team is from another region but there are no spots left, feel free to join the waitlist. We may choose to admit additional out-of-state teams to fill the event after the registration deadline.

Tuesday, January 26: Engineering notebooks due; deadline to schedule times for judging interviews and skills runs.
Friday, January 29:
3:00 - 5:00 PM: Optional drop-in robot inspection. Teams that do not complete their inspection on Friday will complete the inspection procedure at the beginning of their block on Saturday.
3:00 - 6:00 PM: Judging Interviews
Saturday, January 30:
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Skills runs begin. Teams will be scheduled in 20 minute blocks to complete inspection (if they didn't complete it on Friday) and attempt up to 3 programming and 3 driving skills runs.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM : Judging Interviews
12:00 - 12:40 PM: Lunch Break
12:40 - 4:20 PM: Skills runs continue.
