There will be no STEM research video's judged for this event but you may submit your videos for the Maryland State VEX IQ Championship.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

    ● 8:40 am to 9:20 Skills Open (Running as soon as you get
    check in and inspected)
    ● 9:20 AM - 9:30 AM - Coaches/Drivers meeting
    ● 10:00 AM - Kickoff of event Ceremonies
    ● 10:15 AM - 12:15 PM - Qualification matches
    ● 10:15 AM - 2:30 PM - Skills field open (3 Matches)
    ● 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM - Qualification matches
    ● 2:45 PM - to 3:15 PM Finals Matches
    ● 3:30 PM - High Five line- all/ Event Awards/
    ● 4pm - Cleanup/go home

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Snow date is Feb 16th .  If we cancel, refunds will be distributed minus the $5.00 RECF fee.

We will make every attempt to accommodate the majority of participants.   Please call Dora Best and/or check this Robotevents.com page the day of the event with any concerns or questions about the status of the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds will be given minus the $5 REC Foundation fee.

Refunds will only be given to teams that notify the organizer 10 days PRIOR to the event.   This gives us time to notify any teams on the waiting list.
