General Info
The DC league will have 3 league games and one Champtionship. Additoinal league dates are listed on www.mwso.org major events. Payment must be recived in order to compete in League. Your slot for the league will be based on full payment. Those who have paid will have priority over those who have a PO or pay later.
Washington, DC VEX IQ – Elementary/Middle School has been granted 4 World Championship spots:

If a team double-qualifies for a World Championship spot, the state’s next highest ranking team from the World Skills Standings up to and including the State Championship receives the invitation. World Championship invitations from the World Skills Standings are issued by email after the results of the State Championship have been posted at robotevents.com, and will not be announced at the State Championship.
World Championship qualifying awards and invitations are issued to teams whether or not the teams have expressed an intention to attend the event. Unaccepted World Championship invitations are not offered or transferred to other teams.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Please made sure we have your cell phone in case of weather emergency or building emergencies that will require us to cancel event. No reschueled dates unless more than one league play is cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds must be requested in email NLT 3 days to the start of the first day of the League. Once the league is started no refunds will be returned. No partial refunds
