We need to be out of the building by 4:30 PM, we ask that you help us pack up the venue and help load out.

Volunteer

We are looking for voluneteers for inspection, scoring, manage the queues and teardown at the end of the day

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the venue is closed the we will not be holding the event and the event will not be rescheduled.

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds given until 1 March and if the event is cancled

Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
