Consent Forms: All participants must have a Participant Release Form on file. It is the responsibility of the Team’s Primary Contact to make sure this occurs. A link to the instructions on how to submit a Participant Release Form is found HERE.

Field Reset: Each team will be responsible for resetting the field after their match. This will speed things up tremendously, so please ensure your teams know how to reset the field. We will have copies of the field setup for them to use, as well.

Inspection: All teams must pass inspection to be allowed to compete in either skills or qualification matches. Please be prepared and ensure that your robot will pass inspection BEFORE the competition by reviewing the INSPECTION CHECKLIST.

Location: This event will take place at Madison Crossing Elementary School located at 300 Yandell Road, Canton.

Lunch: Students should bring a sack lunch. Lunches will be provided for the coaches and volunteers.

Skills: Skills will be first come, first served. All teams will have to pass inspection before they can begin skills. Teams will be allowed up to 3 driver skills and up to 3 programming skills.

Tournament: Teams should carefully review the GAME MANUAL. Know the rules!!

Volunteers: Our volunteers are the only way we can have events like this. Please remind your students to take a moment to thank the volunteers throughout the day. We truly appreciate their time and willingness to help make the day a great one for the students. And if you have any parents or friends that would like to volunteer, please send them my way.
