Engineering notebooks must be submitted via email to Mr. JeremyWilt (jeremy.wilt@wallacestate.edu) no later than midnight, January 26, 2022. Notebooks received after the deadline will not be considered for judging or awards.

Volunteer
Anyone wishing to volunteer for this event should reach out to either contact (Mr. Ayers or Mr. Wilt) no later than the Monday prior to the event.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, the event will either be rescheduled or cancelled. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be given.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be given only in the event the contest is cancelled.
Judging Format
- Interviews/Electronic Engineering Notebook Submissions:
- Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the Event.
- Engineering notebooks will be submitted electronically for evaluation. Email notebooks to Mr. Jeremy Wilt (jeremy.wilt@wallacestate.edu) no later than midnigh, CST, January 26, 2022. Notebooks received after this deadline will not be considered for judging or awards.
Health and Safety Guildlines
While face coverings are not currently mandatory in buildings on WSCC Campus, all visitors are encouraged to wear face coverings while in close proximity to others inside the Practice gymnasium.
To ensure the community remains healthy, everyone is encouraged to follow these guidelines:
- Get vaccinated for COVID-19
- Self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19. Please do not attend this event if you have symptoms or feel ill.
- The wear of a face covering when around others is strongly encouraged if you have not been fully vaccinated.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, 70% alcohol-based hand sanitizer should be used. Hand sanitizer stations can be found throughout all campus facilities.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow. Throw used tissues in the trash.
