7:30 - 8:00 volunteer breakfast and training

8:00 - 8:10 volunteers should make their way to their designated areas.  Ensure you have volunteer print-offs ready.

8:15 - volunteers ready for the day

8:15 - 9:00 Team Check-in and Inspection - After inspection, direct teams to the pit area Ensure technology in the pit area is working properly Double Check TM is working Print outmatch schedules (adjust if teams are missing) Call missing teams 

9:00 - 9:15 Driver and Coaches Meeting (make an announcement in pit and competition area) Confirm all teams have been checked in and inspected Distribute match schedules 

9:20 - 9:30 Introduction and National Anthem Introduction and National Anthem Queue up first teams before introduction and National Anthem

9:30 - 12:00 Qualifying Matches and Skills

Skills Volunteers - start queuing teams

Referees ready

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of emergency or bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule.

Refund Policy

A $37 refund will be issued upon request if the tournament is cancelled or rescheduled and teams are not able to make it to the rescheduled date.   The remaining $8 will be kept to cover the Robot Event fees and other registration costs.

Health and Safety Policies

To honor the current health concerns, masks will be required in the building at all times.  Audience members will be limited to one per student roboticist.

Coming from the North:  Take 465 to US 31.  Head South to Thompson, turn right.  Head West to Brehob Road (between Meridian and Bluff), turn left.  Park in the front of the school, and enter door 1.

Coming from the South: Head North on Merdian St.  Turn left on Epler.  Turn right into Abraham Lincoln Elementary's back parking lot.  Enter door 5.
