All Wayne Township schools have a mandatory mask mandate for anyone entering our buildings regardless of their vaccination status. We will work with our Wayne Twp. administrators to make sure all Covid-19 safety protocols are being followed to ensure the safety of our students, teachers, coaches, and anyone else involved. If you have any special circumstances for anyone associated with your team, please let us know.
Any team not paid within two weeks of the event will be transferred to the waitlist.
Concessions will be available all day for lunch and snacks. We will be doing group pizza order with more details to come as the event gets closer.
This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Tournament that will offer state spots. There will be no judged awards.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run. In the event of a cancelled event, we will do our best to reschedule.
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event date. Un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the waitlist to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.
All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds if approved will be processed ASAP following the event. Any refund will be minus the $5-dollar team fee.
