General Info

Welcome to the Middle School Airedale Classic! We are so happy to be able to see you in person this year! Due to the current climate certain guidelines will need to be followed. Please make sure to read the description below fully before registering. We want everyone to be safe and understand what is expected. 

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

  • Face Masks are required highly encouraged for this event. 

  • Participants must stay within the designated areas

  • Teams should attempt to remain socially distance whenever possible

  • Teams will be assigned locations they can eat together (outside may be an option)

  • There are NO observers, spectators, or family members allowed. We will attempt to get the event livestreamed if possible.

  • Notebooks must be turned in digitally, prior to the event (a link will be provided to upload a PDF copy of your notebook.

TEAM RESTRICTIONS:

  • You may bring a maximum of 3 persons per team. (4 teams would be a max of 12 team members)

  • No more than 2 adults (coaches/chaperones)  for your school (bus drivers do not count in this number and will be given a location to rest)

EVENT ADJUSTMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS: (subject to change as needed)

  • Inspections will be done by all team coaches

  • Judging of Notebooks will occur prior to event by outside judges.

  • Teams need to bring their own lunches and snacks - There will be a limited concession stand of bottled drinks and prepacked candy/chips.

  • Due to COVID restrictions, we will be running this event with limited volunteers.  It is expected that coaches will pitch in as needed, and student will act appropriately, or you will be asked to leave.

  • Come ready to play - There will be no practice fields provided.

Volunteer

No outside volunteers will be accepted. We will staff our tournament with our team coaches and trusted staff. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If severe weather becomes a concern a decision will be made as early as possible and contact will be made to the coaches on the registration form information. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the case of severe weather or catastrophic event. Refunds will not be issued for teams that do not get to participate due to covid issues or not following the guidelines.
