General Info

This is a League for HCS Teams Only.

All league sessions will be on Fridays.

Each qualifying session and the finals session will allow all of the teams there to make 3 driver and 3 programming skills attempts.   There will be judging only during the final session.

Teams must compete in one league session to play in the finals, teams who compete in less than 60% of the qualifying matches will be ranked below all the teams who competed in at least 60% of the qualifying matches.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Please check your email for Bad Weather cancellation.  Refunds will be available if you are unable to travel due to weather.

Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made 4 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 6 weeks following the event.

If the event is cancelled due to a COVID shutdown, a credit for entries into a future event will be offered to all paid teams.

Health and Safety Policies

This event will follow all mandated health and safety requirements.

To maintian appropraite social distancing, attendace will be limited to 4 students and 1 adult coach per team.  Contact the EP fo ask for an exception to that limit if it is needed.
