General Info
Welcome to VRC Team 2733J, Team Jelly's, first VEX IQ Tournament.
Team Jelly consists of former VEX IQ competitors who are now in High School and still love all things robotics. The Jelly Juggler is a way for them to give back to the VEX IQ community, earn volunteer hours, and raise funds to fulfill their goal of qualifying for the 2022 VEX Robotics World Championship.
The Jelly Juggler VEX IQ Challenge is a combined Elementary/Middle school tournament and split Elementary/Middle school excellence awards will depend on the number of registered teams from each grade level.
All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form. (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of severe weather (a hurricane, for instance) this event will be CANCELLED and your registrations refunded (less a $5 processing fee).
Refund Policy
The amount of refund depends on the time the refund is requested. All refunds for payments through robotevents.com may require 6-8 weeks to process.
Before 2 weeks - full refund
Between 1 and 2 weeks - 75% refund
Within a week of the event - No refund ( barring extenuating circumstances with documentation)
All refunds depend on when the event partner receives the funds and can be 8 weeks from when you pay.
Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for a 'no show.'

We will be following current FL guidelines for Covid.
More information will be given in an email right before the event.
Judging Format
- Electronic Engineering Notebook Submissions: Please have your team's Engineering notebook submitted to Ulrikaperoni@gmail.com by Tuesday, February 1st.
- Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the Event. Please sign up for a Judging time in the Google sheet that is sent out with the reminder email.
