General Info

All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary. 

Additional information regarding directions, campus maps, times, and food information will be added closer to the tournament date.  In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email ajbryant@mauryk12.org. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form through robotevents.com.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the weather is severe enough to warrant cancellation of the event, notices will be sent as soon as possible to all participants.  

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the event that the tournament is cancelled by MCPS or Mt. Pleasant Middle School. The $5 processing fee will not be refunded.
