General Info

West Shore Christian School welcomes all elementary and middle school VEX IQ teams to attend this event.

Agenda

8:30 AM: Doors Open; Hardcopy Engineering Notebooks collected at Registration
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Robot Inspections
10:00 AM: Matches and Skills Begin; Pre-Order Lunch Forms due at Concession Stand!
12:00 PM: Lunch is available for purchase at our Concession Stand (Skills continue during lunch)
1:00 PM - 1:45 PM: Matches and Skills Continue
2:00 PM: Top 10 Teams Compete
2:30 PM: Awards and Closing
3:00 PM: Please stay and visit the VRC Elimination Rounds
4:00 PM: Pits Close

Volunteer

We are in need of volunteers (but the total amount is unknown at this time). Registration is free for any team that provides 2 volunteers to help run our event

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather that causes our event to be cancelled, (1) WSCA will contact participants to let them know, (2) the team registration fees will be refunded (not including the RobotEvents fee), and (3) the event will not be rescheduled

Refund Policy

In the event that your team needs to pull out of our competition, we ask that you contact us 3 weeks in advance to allow other teams to register. After we receive the check from the REC Foundation, approximately 1 month after our event, your refund (sans the $5 RobotEvents fee) will be sent.  If we have not sent received your payment 3 weeks prior to our event, we will need to place your team on the waitlist.
