To the Shoreland Lutheran VEX IQ Tournament in Somers, Wisconsin! Shoreland Lutheran High School is hosting this tournament to give VEX IQ teams, especially those in our area, another in-person tournament to participate in during this very unusual year.
This event will qualify a certain number of teams for State Championship. However, due to the number of events that will likely operate under contingencies provided by the Season Restart Guide and the Game Manual, qualification spot assignments will not be made until later in the season, most likely in the first week fo January. State qualification spot assignments will be equitable and retroactive:

If inclement weather forces a cancellation or rescheduling, the event page will be updated to give details.
Payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Any teams that have not paid by February 13 will be moved to the wait list and cannot be moved back to the registered teams list until payment arrangements have been made with the Event Partner.
Cancellations prior to the event deadline (midnight on February 13) will be refunded in full, less the RobotEvents $5 handling fee, at our earliest convenience. Teams that cancel after the event deadline will receive NO refund, unless it is determined by the Event Partner that there are extreme extenuating circumstances.
Any teams that register less than two weeks before the event must pay at time of registration.
If the event is canceled due to circumstance outside of our control, a refund will be issued to teams minus the $5 RobotEvents processing fee.
Our number one priority is to ensure the safety of those participating in and helping with the event. The following will be in effect for the event (subject to change in response to current conditions):
