Thank you for registering for our skills only virtual event. We will use google meet as the video platform for our event. You will need a furnished field, visible timer, measuring device for the pre-match inspection, a method of videoing the matches and connecting the images to the google meet platform in real time.
Schedule of times for autonomous and driving skills runs will be forwarded to teams the Friday before the event. If you have a preference in how they are scheduled please let me know, other wise we will schedule driving first then go to autonomous after Lunch.
Example of a competition setup.:
We will use a sizing tool for the inspection
We will mount a PC on a cart with an attached camera and microphone. The camera will be placed on a ladder overlooking the field so the field, players and clock can all be seen. If the Ref requires a closer inspection we can move the cart and camera to the location requiested by the referee.

8:00 - Begin Remote Inpsection
9:45 - Begin Skills competition - We will do a scheduled set of skills runs with each team receiving 3 driving and 3 autonomous runs. We will run the driving runs before Lunch and the autonomous after lunch
11:30 - Lunch Break
12:15 - Autonomous runs
2:30 - Awards and Finish

If we have weather or virus related delays we will attempt to reschedule. teams will be notified the Friday before the event.
Competition will cover Jan 20 and 27th to accomodate weather events
Refunds will not be provided if a team withdrawels after Feb 13. 2021
All students and coached should socially distance and wear masks. The health of our participants is our primary concern.
All events will take place remotely. The location is at the discretion of the coach and team. Each team will need to met the requirements regarding field, inspection, and video capability.
Competitions will take place on the google meet platform. Teams will be asked to present their screen when their runs are taking place so they can be observed by the referees.
