Thank you for registering for the TH Bell Winter Open VEX IQ Robotics Tournament! We are excited to have you join us.
In the event that we are able to conduct an in-person competition, and if local guidelines allow, we will be selling concessions for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks. The menu will be emailed in the week before the competition.

* Each team will be allowed a maximum of 3 skills runs for both Driving Skills and Programming Skills. If we finish early for lunch we will run skills on all fields until lunch starts.
** Judging will include judging for the Design Award, and the Excellence Award. If you want to be eligible for judging, the engineering notebook will need to be turned in at inspection.

In the event that we are able to plan for an in-person event and the weather is bad, please stay home, and we will reschedule.
Refunds will not be issued after 12.28.20. Before this date, refunds (minus the $5 nonrefundable robotevents fee) may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that an in- person competition will be held, Health and Safety protocols with be delivered no later than 1.4.21, with regard to the most current guidance concerning the prevailing local conditions.
