Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancellations due to inclement weather. Refunds will be given in the event of cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelations are offered for teams that cancel more than 3 weeks in advance. Last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.

All team registrations MUST BE PAID within 2 weeks of your team registration date and at least 1 week prior to the event.  Failure to meet these payment policies may result in your team being moved to the waitlist.

Health and Safety Policies

For health and safety concerns teams will be limited to 3 persons. Teams will be separated in the pit area with a minimum of 10 feet between tables and there will be no queuing tables. All persons on the premises are required to wear face masks at all times. There is no food or open drink containers allowed in the gymnasium which is where the pits will be located. 

Travel Info

The entrance to the building is on the northeast side of the building. The parking lot is accessible through Hastings Avenue or Park Steet.
