Judging Format: In-Person judging
This is a skills only event, as such we will not be doing any Teamwork matches. Teams will be given 30 minutes to run all 6 of their skills runs(3 driver & 3 autonomous runs). Between teams coming to the venue we will be disinfecting all surfaces.
At this point the event will only have one timeframe for teams. We may be able to double capacity and allow each team two timeslots based on the COVID-19 situation. That decision will be made and communicated 2 weeks before the event. Unfortunatly due to social distancing and limited space there will be no spectators. We will make every attempt to livestream.
Parking is available for 2 cars per team and timeslot in a designated area. Cars will not be allowed to park until 30 minutes before and more than 30 minutes after their allotted time.
A week before the event teams will sign up for their 30 minute time slots. We will do both opening and closing ceremonies over Zoom.
The Time slots are as follows and we will be sending mentors an email where they can sign up for one of the time slots.

Bad weather will be announced and we will do our best to reschedule your teams during the course of the weekend. Teams may get time frames at night due to the weather.
No refunds will be given for any reason.
Only two students and one mentor will be allowed in the building at any given time.
Temperature checks and health screening will be done at the door. Masks must be covering both the mouth and nose at all times while in the building.
Between teams leaving the venue and the next arriving we are going to disinfect all surfaces.
Additional COVID-19 procedures may be taken as the event approaches.
