With everything up in the air, we will do our best to produce a safe and fun tournament.
As we get closer to the event, more information related to remote judging will be posted to this event page and emailed to registered coaches.
We will run skills in the morning and begin the tournament after lunch.
We will limit the number of participants and fans for each team, to comply with Covid regulations.
Mandatory: All participants (In-person and Remote) must have a Participant Release Form on file. It is the responsibility of the Team’s Primary Contact to make sure this occurs. Juding Interviews Via Zoom and Appointments from 9:00-12:00
Digital Notebook: A digital Engineering Notebook must be submitted to qualify for the Excellence Award and Design Award. Submit a link to your notebook by Monday the 4th of Jan at 8 am, if you want it considered for judging. The notebook is only shared with event staff, including the Event Partner, Judge Advisor, Judges, and may include the REC Foundation RSM. Instructions on how to submit your notebook will be emailed out 2 weeks prior to the tournament. Details on this process are given in the Judge Guide Addendum.

If event is cancelled due to bad weather, I will move the event to the following weekend
No refunds will be granted unless DHEC or Greenville County requires me to shut down the event
Only 4 members per team, plus the 1 Adult representative per organization, will be allowed in the pit area.
Team member must have a mask on at all times.
The event will be livestreamed, for family members who are not able to watch the event live
Each team will recieve a specific number of passes for the audience. This number will be determined closer to tournament time and based on regulations from Greenville County and DHEC.
All audience members must stay in their assigned seats, to help with social distancing and must wear a mask at all times.
