**All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. We will continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.
This tournament will be played with COVID-19 restrictions in place!
Teams will be separated into divisions to limit the total number of people in the building to <50. Spectators will NOT be permitted.
Division assignment will be given 1 week prior to the tournament. Refer to the agenda for timing details.
Please consider potential travel restrictions when signing up for the event and review our refund policy prior to signing up.

**Food will NOT be permitted in the competition space, gym or school.
Volunteers are what make our robotics events thrive. Please consider helping at this and other regional events.

It is unlikely we will cancel. All reasonable efforts will be made to inform teams of any cancelations due to incliment weather. Please monitor event status on Robot Events cancelations will be posted there.
There are typically no refunds for this event. Please see below for our COVID-19 refund policy.
All team registrations MUST BE PAID within 2 weeks of your team registration date and at least 1 week prior to the event. Failure to meet these payment policies may result in your team being moved to the waitlist.
COVID-19 Refund Policies
If we cancel the event due to COVID-19, we will issue refunds for the event, reschedule the event, or apply the funds to a different event we are running.
Any refunds will be issued once payment is received from the REC Foundation. No refunds will include the $5 that is kept by the REC Foundation for credit card processing.
Refunds will not be offered in cases where we do not cancel the event. Please consider potential travel restrictions when signing up for the event.
