Travel Info

This Invitational Tournament will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Parish School at 3301 West Dravis Street, Seattle, WA 98199. Please drive to the back of the school, between the school and the parish center where plenty of free parking is available. Walk into the fenced play area and into the school lunchroom next to the gymnasium.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted two weeks prior to event. Refunds will be minus the $5 REC Foundation processing fee.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of emergency or severe weather conditions that could possibly cancel the event, please visit RobotEvents.com where updates on the event status will be posted as needed.

General Info

Welcome to the OLF Falcons Robotics Middle School Tournament!* Come test your #roboskills and have fun!

Small concessions will be available for purchase such as coffee/tea, soft drinks, granola bars, muffins/cookies, soups w/hot water, etc. Outside food may also be brought in. All food needs to stay in the lunchroom. 

Please pay at time of registration. Teams not paid by December 7th may be moved to the Waitlist. Cancellations after January 5th will not be refunded.

VEX IQ Qualifying Event

This VEX IQ event is a qualifying event to the Washington VEX IQ State Championships and is open to all VIQC Middle School teams.

The following awards will qualify to the Washington State Championship:

(1) - Excellence
(2) - Teamwork Champions
(1) - Design

The event must meet the VEX IQ Qualifying Criteria for the results to upload to RobotEvents, which can be viewed in the Uploaded Documents event tab.  The state qualification spots are determined by the capacity of the State Championship, the number of events in the state, and the size of the event.  If there is an out-of-state/region/province/nation team, or a team that double qualifies from the event (not from previous events or other methods), that spot will go to the next highest unqualified team on the Robot Skills ranking at that event. There is no look-back to previous events to see if a team has previously qualified. These spots will be filled by the Regional Support Manager after the event has been uploaded and the results have been verified.  If you have questions about the State Championship qualification process, please contact your Regional Support Manager, Lisa Schultz at Lisa_Schultz@roboticseducation.org.
