Refund Policy

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by us for reasons other than inclement weather. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Roboto Events for processing. Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.  

Volunteer

Get Inspired and Have Fun! Be a part of the excitement by joining a team of volunteers who help in a variety of ways to make this event a success for the students involved.

Experience level: No previous experience is needed for most volunteer positions, and you can even bring your kids for a family activity (for example, Field Resetter is an ideal position for young children). 

Time Commitment: You can register for an entire day, or just a portion of the day as your schedule permits for most positions. 

Meals: Lunch is included for volunteers.

Volunteer Positions Needed:

  • Judges (no previous experience required – all day commitment)
  • Referee/Scorekeepers including Skills Referee (previous experience preferred)
  • Field Resetters (no previous experience required)

GENERAL INFO

Thanks for your interest in the Millington Squared Away VexIQ Tournament! This is a tournament competition where the winners will receive invitations to the state championships in March, 2020. Teams may check in on Saturday morning. Practice and skills fields will be open for teams to use. The main tournament will take place Saturday along with awards Saturday afternoon. There will be STEM challenge judging and awards. We will contact you closer to the event with more details including directions, campus maps, and times. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email msanders@millingtonschools.org Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form.
