Refund Policy

Refunds are available to teams that cancel two weeks before the event
If less than two weeks to the event date refunds will be made on a case by case basis.
If you are cancelling with less than 2 weeks notice and if another team can fill the orginal teams spot, then a full refund should  be available.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of an incident or circumstance effecting this event, The event partner will undertake three notification strategies.

  1. An advisory describing the situation (e.g. inclement weather) and the action being taken (e.g. event cancellation) will be posted to this RobotEvents event listing under this tab.  
  2. The same information will also be e-mailed to all registered team coaches. Make sure your contact information is upto date in Robot Events.
  3. Teams can contact the school directly ask for Mr Ablett or Dr Chugani

Tournament Date: January 23, 2019

Location: Cafeteria in the Main Building at West Vancouver Secondary School (enter through the main door at 1750 Mathers Ave, go down to the 2nd floor, cafeteria is straight in front.)

Note: if you do see trouble with making the 4 o'clock start time please contact me and we can see about a slightly delayed start.
