Volunteer

 

 Volunteers play a huge role in hosting a successful robotics tournament.  Whatever you gifts your talents, we have a spot for you on our  team of volunteers who help in a variety of ways to make this event a success for all students involved.

Experience level:

  • No previous experience is needed for many volunteer positions.

Time Commitment:

  • You can register for an entire day, or just a portion of the day as your schedule permits for most positions.

Meals:

  • Lunch is included for volunteers.

Volunteer Positions Needed:

  • Judges (Judges guide and rubrics available before the tournament, no previous experience required – all day commitment )
  • Field Resetters (no previous experience required)
  • Check In Assistant
  • Inspectors
  • Pit Admin Assistant
  • Practice Field Official
  • Queuers
  • Scorekeepers
  • Tournament Manager Operator (computer skills required)
  • Referee/Scorekeepers including Skills Referee (Completion of VIQC Squared Away Referee Certification Course preferred) https://certifications.vex.com/training/vex-iq/viqc-squared-away-referee-certification-course
