All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed one month following the event. The $5.00 service fee that is collected by the REC Foundation will not be refunded.
In case of bad weather or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

The Cross Lutheran VEX IQ State Qualifying Tournament will feature 20 teams. This event has NO judged awards.
Teams should park in the Ruppert Street parking lot and enter through the main school entrance (by the flagpole). This is where Check-In will be. Spectators can park in the Hartley Street lot or on either street.
The Pit area will be in the gym. There will be two teams assigned to each table. There will also be a charging station available in the Pit area. If you would like to have power at your team’s table, please feel free to bring your own extension cords and power strips.
