Each participant must have a complete REC Participant Release form connected to their team registration or a physical copy to turn in at the first league event.

Refund Policy

No refunds.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Team contacts will be notified if weather or district policy requires a league meeting to be cancelled. Every attempt will be made to reschedule, but may necessitate meeting on an alternate week day. 

Volunteer

We need volunteers to assist with setup and clean up for each league meeting. Setup will begin at 4:00PM each Tuesday. Contact Scott Rosenow if you can help with setup, cleanup, or are interested in serving as a referee or judge. 423-580-4635; serosenow@tnvrobotics.org

General Info

This is a 6 session league meeting Tuesday evenings from 5:30-8:00PM. Team Check-in and Inspection will occur at each meeting beginning at 5:30PM. Skills will be offered at each meeting. Ranking is cumulative and will conclude in finals matches during the final meeting of the league. Teams must participate in 4 our of 6 sessions to be considered for awards.
