Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If weather forces the event to be cancelled we will hold the event on Saturday, February 16. Venue will be announced based on cancellation and availability.

Thank you for your interest in the TN Valley Robotics Squared Away Tournament! This is a tournament competition where the winners will receive invitations to the state championships in March 2020. Teams will also be considered for advancement based on Skills scores. Teams will check in Saturday morning. We will contact you closer to the event with more details including directions, campus maps, times, and food ordering information. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email Scott Rosenow at serosenow@tnvrobotics.org. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form.
