The Alliance Academy for Innovation, in partnership with Forsyth County School System, is excited to host this VEX IQ tournament. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine!

Teams will be notified as early as possible if it is determined that bad weather will cause a change in event-day plans. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to reschedule for a later date. If teams are not able to attend the rescheduled date, entry fee refunds will be issued. Refunds will be made to teams up to two weeks prior to the event, provided a written request is submitted (via email) to Jon Welsch (firstname.lastname@example.org). Any cancellations inside of the two-week window will not result in a refund.
If the event is rescheduled because of a weather-related event, refunds will be issued to teams that are unable to attend the new date.
This season the STEM Research Project is presented as a 4-minute video plus 15 seconds of credits that the team records and uploads to SchoolTube, YouTube, or a similar online video platform. A link to the video must be submitted to the Event Partner no later than ONE WEEK BEFORE the tournament date. Follow these steps:
