Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued after GATSA conference registration ends.  Any schools registering teams for this competition will be expected to pay the registration fee to GATSA.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be notified as early as possible if it is determined that bad weather will cause a change in event-day plans.  In the event of a cancellation, GATSA will handle refunds.

1:00pm - 2:00pm - Check-In/Registration/Inspection

(NOTE: All teams must be through inspection by 2:00pm)

1:00pm - 2:30pm - Fields Open for Skills Challenges

(NOTE:  Each team will be able to run a maximum of 3 robot (driver) skills challenges and 3 programming challenges.  All skills runs will need to be ran before the Teamwork Challenge begins as there will not be adequate time between matches to run them during that portion of the event.

2:30pm - 2:45pm - Drivers Meeting & Welcome

2:45pm - 4:00pm - Qualification Rounds

4:00pm - 4:30pm - Finals

General Info

GATSA is excited to host the 2019 Leadercon VEX IQ Tournament.  Students and attendees are sure to have an excellent robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine!  This event is being held in conjunction with the GATSA Fall Leadercon Conference.  All teams must register through the on-line TSA conference registration system.  A GATSA designee will enter registered teams into Robot Events.  The VEX IQ event is limited to 3 teams per chapter.
