The amount of refund depends the time the refund is requested. All refunds for payments through robotevents.com may require 6-8 weeks to process.
Before 2 weeks - full refund
Between 1 and 2 weeks - 75% refund
Within a week of the event - No refund ( barring extenuating circumstances with documentation)
Team changes within an organization must be made at least a week before the event. You may have to register the new team then get a refund for the first team.

If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your district to the event, refunds or rainchecks will be made.

High school Students will recieve community serice hours for their service.
8:00 Doors open, registration and inspection - Turn in engineering notebooks when you register. The judges will need to start by 9:00.
9:00 Opening remarks, driver meeting - Robot skills will run until the qualification matches are over. Get your rounds in early!
9:30 Qualification matches starts
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch - concessions available
1:00 - 2:30 Qualification Matches
3:00 - 4:00 Finals Matches, immediately followed by awards
