This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event that will offer 3 State Qualification Spots. State-Qualifying awards given will be the Excellence Award and 1st and 2nd place Teamwork Champions. Non-qualifying awards for Robot Skills Champion, Design, and Judges will also be given.
Any team not paid by January 4th will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.
The Madison-Grant Chapter of NHS will be serving lunch at a to-be-determind cost.
Participation and Consent:
A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in. The consent form is located in the Documents tab of this event.
The day of registration check-in deadline is 9:30 am; teams not checked in by that time will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match list.
All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments will not be accepted at the door.

We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Suzie Klee at 765-536-0084 during the school day. We are looking for Queuing, Refereeing, and field re-setting volunteers.
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone (765-251-0632) if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event date. Un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.
All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed ASAP following the event. Any refund will be minus the $5-dollar processing fee.
