All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event (October 25th, 12:00 noon). Refunds, if approved, will be processes one month following the event.
I case of bad weather or possible cancellations, please visit the event at Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please contact Stewart or Amy if you are going to be late. Match lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be rerun.
Volunteers are welcome to help at this event, especially for field reset and pit management. Please contact Amy or Stewart if you would like to volunteer.

The Ubly Vex IQ Squared Away ES/MS Qualifier is open to a total of 28 teams (limited to 3 per school). 7 Awards: Excellence, 2-Teamwork Champions, 1-Design, Skills, and 1 Judge. If the event is full, please contact me regarding availability and to be added to the waitlist.
Event payments are expected when you register for our event. Teams that do not complete payment 3 weeks prior to the event will be removed from the event to allow teams on the waitlist to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.
