Teams that have not checked in 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the qualifying matches will be dropped from the roster so that the match list may be run.

Teams that are running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped. No Refunds will be given unless a Waiting List team fills your spot. There will be a $5.00 charge if you paid through RECF.

Please note that teams that have not paid their event registration 1 week prior to the event may be dropped from the event at the Event Partners discretion.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Tournament will cancel only due to a natural disaster. 

The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in your RobotEvents.com account and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Waiting List

A Waiting List will be maintained, to replace possible withdrawals. Teams can add themselves to the Waiting List or contact Kirk Braito at kirk.braito@sweetwaterschools.org. if any openings are available two weeks prior to the event, Waiting List teams will be notified to see if they are still interested.

Engineering Notebooks

The Engineering Notebook for the Excellence and Design awards will be turned in at check-in and returned at the judging interview.

Knowing the sacrifice and resource commitment that every team experiences, we will make every effort to adhere to the posted agenda.


To help to do so, the Head Referee will make every effort to start matches on time, and may start without a team in place.
We ask that your teams carefully review the match lists and allow time to meet and strategize with their alliances, and Queue, and get to the field at the proper time.
