Teams that cancel 10 days before an event are entitled to a refund. If teams cancel with less then 10 days notice, they will still be responsible for the registration fee.
In the event of extreme weather that inhibits a majority of participants from getting to the event we will re-schedule for the following weekend. If a venue is unavailable the event will be cancelled

in2robotics is pleased to present the VEX – Next Level Templestowe College - State Finals tournament on November 9th. This event will be hosted by Templestowe College in Melbourne, Victoria.
Doors will open at 9am and qualifying matches will start promptly at 10am. The tournament will wrap up at approximately 3:30. Although this could change based on the number of teams registered.
This will be a judged event with both a Next Level tournament and robot skills. Teams may withdraw from robot skills if they wish. Judges will only be meeting with teams with an engineering notebook, therefore if your team wishes to be in the running for any judged award they will need to have their engineering notebook at the event.
Lunch will be available for sale at the venue, so it is recommended that students bring some money with them.
It is important that all coaches provide a copy of their VIT registration or working with children's check prior to the event. It is also important that student bring with them a signed copy of the media release form and liability waver.
