This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ ES/MS State Qualifying Event that is scheduled for 3 State Qualification Spots as follows: 1 = Excellence Award and 2 = Teamwork Champions
Any team not paid by January 11th will be removed and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.
Concessions will be available for Snacks and Lunch.
Participation and Consent: A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in.
The day of registration deadline is 8:45 am, teams not registered by that time will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match list.
All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.

We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at 317-696-4069. We are looking for Emcees, Queuing, Referees and field re-set.
In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact me by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event date. Un-paid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made. All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds if approved will be processed ASAP following the event.
Any refund will be minus the $5-dollar team fee.
