We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please complete the Google Form listed below. We are looking for Queuing, Referees, field re-set, and other miscellaneous volunteers.

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where we will post updates about the event status as needed. Please feel free to contact us by phone if you are going to be late to the event. Match Lists will be generated as scheduled and cannot be re-run.

Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed 3 weeks prior to the event date. Teams that have not paid will be removed from the event to allow teams on my wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made. All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed ASAP following the event minus the $5.00 processing fee charged through RobotEvents.

Our event will be held at Greenfield Central High School on Saturday, November 10, 2018. Doors open at 7:00 am. Teams and visitors will need to enter through the main entrance of the high school located at the stop light at Park Ave and Broadway. Busses will enter through the bus drive just south of the main entrance on the south end of the building. Visitors will park in the front lot at the main entrance or in the lot on the west side of the school with access off of fifth street located behind the Educational Service Center.
Greenfield Central staff members and volunteers should park in the Educational Service Center parking lot adjacent to the high school.
