Refund Policy

Refund Policy
Teams that need to withdraw from the event before the event deadline and produce an invoice showing payment will be refunded in full at our earliest convenience.  Teams that withdraw between the event deadline and the day of the event will receive NO refund, unless as determined by the Event Partner that there are extenuating circumstances (these will be rare).

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Update February 9th at 7:30 am. The tournament is still scheduled for Saturday.February 10th. Doors open at 8:30 am. 

In case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations please visit the event on Robotevents.com where I will post updates about the event status as needed.

 

Volunteer

Our event is fully volunteer-run, there are no paid staff, referees, or judges. We encourage each team to provide a volunteer; there are positions that require some online training beforehand and some that only require a few minutes of on-site training. Please direct your team's parents to the event's Volunteer tab and encourage them to sign up at least one volunteer.

General Info

Indian Mound Middle School invites you to attend our first VEX IQ tournament  This will be the last Wisconsin tournament to qualify for the State Championship!

This is an official VEX IQ Ringmaster Qualifying Event (2017-2018 season) being held on Saturday, February  10, 2018,  at Indian Mound Middle School McFarland Wisconsin. The event is open to the public and free for spectators. This is a state qualifying event. Check the Awards tab for a list of the awards that will be earned at the event. 

Please make sure you have a completed Consent form to turn in at registration.

Any team that has not checked in by 10:00 am will be left out of the competition schedule for the day. Teams will be permitted to participate in the skills challenges.

Concessions will be available.
