Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of an emergency please contact Tracy Whitehead at 615-829-3871. In case of inclement weather, Tennessee TSA's policy is: If the facility hosting the event is closed the state event will be postponed or cancelled.

Refund Policy

Because supplies, materials, and space are ordered based on final registration numbers (immediately following the registration deadline), Tennessee TSA is unable to provide refunds for students who decide not to attend following the close of registration. Schools will be responsible for paying for all attendees who appear on the chapter’s registration invoice following the registration deadline.

Please bring signed Participant Release Forms for all team members (students and adult mentors) to team check-in/registration.
