Cancellation Policy

It is Colorado and we have no idea what January 7th will have in store for us.  Should we have to cancel the event we will work on refunding all fees to teams.  Given the amount of tournaments in the area we will most likely not resechudle the event.

Volunteer

If you are interested in volunteering please contact Danny Hernandez at hernandez_daniel@svvsd.org.  It would be great to have a volunteer per team/school in attendance to help the event run smoothly for the kids.

General Info

Central Firehawk VEX IQ Challenge Tournament

Welcome to the Central Firehawk Challenge with this year's game Crossover.  We will have a full field of 36 teams enjoying a day of robot driving and lots of smiles.  Come see the robots in their fancy balancing acts as they tackle the bridge this year and try to squeeze two bots onto a well balanced bridge.

Pit Area

The pit area will be in the student center with the fields.   Each team will be provided with their own table and work space.  Power will be supplied but you may want to bring your own power strip / surge protector.

Food

There will be snack items on sale at the event along with pizza meal deals.

Spectators

Family and friends are welcome to attend free of charge.  We will have a VRC event happening at the same time in the gym with the Middle and High School teams.  Be sure to go see the big bots in action.
