General Info

Parking

Please use entrance D3 on the west side of the building.  Drop off & unloading can be done from the loop.  Parking is also on the west side of the building. If the middle school lot fills up, we can use the adjacent elementary lot for overflow and bus parking.

 

Building Logistics

Check-in and the pit area will be in the cafeteria.
All matches will take place in the adjacent gym.

Pit Area Assignments- Teams have been assigned a certain area within the pit.  Teams will be placed in the pit based upon their VEX ID Numbers. Teams will be in chronological order so judges can easily find a team if and when necessary.

 

Food/Lunch

Pizza & bottled water will be provided for all student team members.

Hospitality room will be provided for all coaches and judges.

Food concessions will be available throughout the day with various sandwiches, snacks, candy and drinks.
