Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This will be a high-quality indoor event with both indoor and outdoor recreational spaces, ensuring a pleasant and satisfying experience without any weather-related interruptions.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Yes.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds after the registration deadline April 5th, 2025.

We will be following the guidelines of the LA County Health Department.  Please check the LA County Health Department for the most current guidelines.

Judging Format

Thie event will have all in-person judging. Please submit the required digital notebook by April 16, 2025. If your team does not submit the digital notebook, your team will not be eligible for an interview.  As this is an AI competition, participants will be required to complete a coding skills assessment.
