General Info
Registration will begin at 9:00am. Teams must check in 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the qualifying matches, or they will be dropped from the competition so that the match list can be created. Teams running late must contact the event partner prior to this cut off if they do not wish to be dropped.
Participation Legal Release A completed legal release form for all participants must be turned in during check-in or uploaded to robotevents.com prior to arrival.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email and LSUA Robotics on Facebook the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).
Unfortunately, there will be no make-up in case of weather cancellations.
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds unless the entire tournament is cancelled.
