This competition will take place in Goodwin Hall on February 4th, 2024, and will begin at 7PM.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be held indoors, so it will take place rain or shine.
If the event must be postponed for an unanticipated event, all teams will be immediately contacted.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All teams will be fully refunded. Refunds may take up to 45 days to be processed.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If the refund is requested by emailing [email protected] before January 20th it will be accepted, otherwise no refund will be given.

Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
