Icebreaker VEXU Showcase hosted by KCSD and Mazama High School VEX.
VexU students will have the option to participate in skills for free if they choose to volunteer for referee or judging duty at the KCSD Icebreaker 12/9/23

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Volunteer
We will have several VEXU certified referee's at the event to score skills and run inspection.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We do not plan on bad weather but will cancel if needed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will recieve a full refund ( minus the robotevent fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Teams will recieve a 50% refund.
